No. Whatapi doesn't charge anything to procure the WhatsApp Business API for your business. API setup and Blue Tick verification application are completely free through Whatapi.

Yes, you can migrate your existing WhatsApp Business number to Whatapi. Note that migrating a number to the API means you can no longer use the WhatsApp Business app on your phone with that number. Your message history is preserved during migration.

You create template messages directly from the Whatapi dashboard and submit them to Meta for approval. Approval typically takes 10 minutes to 24 hours. Whatapi provides a template builder with pre-built examples for common use cases like order updates, OTPs, and promotions.

Yes. WhatsApp's policy requires that recipients have opted in to receive messages from your business. Whatapi provides opt-in collection tools (web widgets, QR codes, WhatsApp links) to help you build a compliant contact list. Sending to users without consent can result in your number being flagged or banned by Meta.

A 24-hour service window opens whenever a user messages your WhatsApp Business number. Within this window you can send any free-form message at no extra charge, and utility templates delivered during this window are also free. The window resets every time the user sends a new message.

Meta monitors message quality based on user feedback (blocks, reports). If your number's quality rating drops, you may face messaging limits or temporary restrictions. Whatapi displays your quality score in real time and alerts you when it drops so you can adjust your campaigns before any restriction takes effect.

Yes. Whatapi stores all customer data on servers located in India and follows data handling practices aligned with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA).
